University professors and others are suing the federal government for disclosure, arguing that many of the paperwork requested for info disclosure relating to the executions of six former demise row inmates are usually not disclosed as a result of it’s not possible to confirm whether or not the sentences have been carried out correctly. The case was filed within the Osaka District Court.
