NEW YORK, Dec. 27 (Xinhua) — An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.3 jolted 40 km E of Tomioka, Japan at 19:10:07 GMT on Friday, the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) mentioned.
The epicenter, with a depth of 58.2 km, was initially decided to be at 37.39 levels north latitude and 141.47 levels east longitude.
