Thirteen Japanese nationals are amongst 57 foreigners detained in a police raid on a particular fraud base in southeastern Cambodia, in keeping with native studies. Footage captured by JNN confirmed Cambodian authorities raiding a facility believed for use for large-scale worldwide scams.
Reporters on the scene described police automobiles surrounding the constructing as officers performed searches inside. Buses had been later seen leaving the location, apparently transporting these taken into custody.
Local media mentioned these detained included Singaporean and different overseas nationals together with the 13 Japanese. Authorities seized cellphones, computer systems, and communication gadgets, suspecting the location was used for worldwide fraud operations.
