Police have rearrested a 30-year-old senior member of a company affiliated with the Sixth Yamaguchi-gumi on suspicion of directing a loosely organized prison group that stole smartphones and different items price about 4.15 million yen from shops in Chiba and Kanagawa prefectures.
Shoichi Kamikawa and three different women and men are suspected of conspiring to interrupt into shops within the two prefectures in March and steal 83 smartphones and different gadgets.
