WASHINGTON — U.S. client inflation in October rose 3.2 p.c from a yr in the past, down from 3.7 p.c within the earlier month, as inflation cooled amid excessive rates of interest, the U.S. Labor Department reported Tuesday.
The Consumer Price Index (CPI) was unchanged in October on a seasonally adjusted foundation, after ticking up 0.4 p.c in September, in line with the division’s Bureau of Labor Statistics. (US-CPI)
