World’s Oldest Captive Wombat Celebrates thirty sixth Birthday in Osaka

The world’s oldest wombat in captivity celebrated its thirty sixth birthday at a zoo in Ikeda, Osaka Prefecture.
Wine, a male wombat residing at Mayuyama Zoo, turned 36 final month, an age equal to over 100 in human years.
