A person calling himself the ‘Voyeur King’ has been arrested for taking footage of ladies’s underwear and posting the photographs on social media.
Yuta Kanazawa, an workplace employee, is suspected of taking footage up ladies’s skirts at a shopping mall in Shizuoka Prefecture in October final 12 months and sending the photographs to a social media group.
