A white ex-Marine man has been charged with negligent murder for strangling a black man’s neck for a number of minutes in a subway automotive in New York, USA. It took greater than 10 days from the incident to the prosecution, and a few protested that it was racist as a result of the prosecutor’s response was gradual.
