For the third consecutive 12 months, the hourly wages of staff at Universal Studios Japan (USJ) are set to extend. The working firm of USJ has introduced a uniform wage enhance of fifty yen for part-time and momentary staff ranging from April.
While the minimal wage in Osaka Prefecture is ¥1,064, the minimal hourly wage at USJ might be raised to ¥1,210.
A consultant from USJ said, “Thanks to our employees, operations have been running smoothly, and we wish to give back to them. With the rise in tourism demand, we aim to secure talent by improving compensation.”
