Regarding the explosion incident at Prime Minister Kishida’s speech, the opposition celebration demanded dismissal of Mr. Tani, the chairman of the National Public Safety Commission, for saying that he ate a number of eel bowls even after he was knowledgeable of the incident. Prime Minister Kishida refused, saying he had given the required directions.
