NEW YORK, Nov. 10 (Xinhua) — The U.S. dollar stayed almost flat in late buying and selling on Friday, because the U.S. client sentiment fell for a fourth straight month in November.

The dollar index, which measures the buck towards six main friends, decreased 0.04 p.c to 105.8624 in late buying and selling.
