Two males had been arrested and indicted after allegedly racking up almost 950,000 yen in unpaid food and drinks fees at a women bar in Suita, Osaka, whereas every had solely a small amount of money of their possession.
According to investigators, Ryusei Tamura, 24, and Shion Asano, 31, visited the institution in January and ordered giant portions of alcohol, together with champagne priced at round 200,000 yen per bottle, with none intention or capability to pay.
The pair reportedly ordered a number of bottles without delay, main employees to consider that they had ample funds. “They even ordered two bottles of champagne at the same time, so we assumed they had money,” the bar’s supervisor stated, including that the monetary harm was “extremely significant.”
Police stated each suspects admitted to the costs, stating they “couldn’t resist wanting to eat and drink in a place with women.”
