In a lawsuit by which two members of the Constitutional Democratic Party of Japan’s House of Councilors sued a web-related firm for hurting their status as a result of false postings from nameless accounts on SNS, the Tokyo District Court dominated that “The posting was completed as a part of the corporate’s enterprise.
