Police officers had been seen scraping meat off the highway Wednesday after a truck overturned on National Route 246 in Tokyo’s Setagaya Ward, which led to a brief highway closure.
The accident occurred round 2 p.m. on October ninth, with the truck’s driver reporting that the automobile slipped when he utilized the brakes. Both males within the truck, one in his 80s and the opposite in his 70s, sustained minor accidents.
