In response to the completion of the development of apparatus to dilute the handled water that accumulates on the Tokyo Electric Power Company Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station and launch it into the ocean, Satoshi Nozaki, chairman of the Fukushima Prefectural Fisheries Federation, continued to oppose the discharge on the twenty seventh.
