The Toyota Group will open a brand new museum in Yokohama that makes use of artwork as a focus to speak tradition via movie and visible media, marking the automaker’s newest cultural initiative past mobility.
The vacation spot reached through Toyota’s new mobility ideas is The Movium Yokohama, an art-focused facility created by renovating a cargo warehouse often known as an “ueya” at Yamashita Pier, a website that supported Japan’s postwar reconstruction. The museum gives an immersive artwork expertise by which guests are surrounded by works projected throughout an unlimited house of about 1,800 sq. meters.
