TOKYO (TR) – Tokyo Metropolitan Police have arrested a former head of a non-public tutoring faculty for committing indecent acts towards one in all his college students.
The arrest is the second for 45-year-old Shinichi Ishida, the previous head of School IE, studies TBS News (Oct. 3).
