A 42-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly stealing a enterprise bag containing money and bank cards from an overhead rack inside a Yamanote Line practice at JR Ikebukuro Station in early August.
The suspect, Kouji Oshikawa, reportedly boarded the practice because it stopped on the station, swiftly took the bag from close to the door, and fled because the practice doorways opened. Oshikawa has admitted to the costs, in line with the Metropolitan Police Department. Security footage and investigations reveal that on the identical day, Oshikawa allegedly stole from different passengers at varied stations utilizing an analogous methodology.
