Japan’s largest non-life insurer, Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance, has determined to boost the beginning wage for college graduates becoming a member of the corporate in April subsequent 12 months. The wage for common positions will enhance from roughly 280,000 yen to a most of about 410,000 yen.
