TOKYO (TR) – Tokyo Metropolitan Police have arrested a 36-year-old man who allegedly engaged in intercourse with a teenage woman in Fuchu City.
The matter surfaced after Takumi Agawa, of no identified occupation, didn’t pay the 17-year-old woman, reviews TBS News (Mar. 12).
Last November, Agawa allegedly engaged in lewd acts with the woman and took footage at his house in Fuchu City.
Upon his arrest on suspicion of violating the Child Prostitution Prohibition Law and different offenses, Agawa admitted to the allegations.
Prior to the incident, the woman posted on a courting app that she was searching for a papakatsu accomplice. “Looking for someone in Tokyo who can meet for 25,000 yen or more,” she wrote in in search of a sugar daddy.
Agawa replied, “I’d like to meet you and I’ll pay 100,000 yen for two hours at a hotel.” However, after the incident, Agawa fled with out paying her any cash. The woman subsequently reported the matter to a police station in Chofu City.
