Taiwanese ships and jets have been deployed to observe them, Taipei says
Two Russian frigates have been noticed crusing off the east coast of Taiwan on Tuesday, the protection ministry of the self-governed island has mentioned.

The two frigates have been “sailing from south to north in the waters off our eastern coast” as of 11pm native time (3pm GMT), the assertion learn.
