Surf School Coach Swept Away While Rescuing Students in Kanagawa

KANAGAWA, Aug 29 (News On Japan) –
A 68-year-old surf college coach was swept away off the coast of Chigasaki City in Kanagawa Prefecture yesterday night whereas making an attempt to rescue college students. Authorities are at present trying to find the lacking man.

According to stories, the incident occurred shortly after 5 p.m. close to Yanagishima Beach in Chigasaki City when a passerby known as 119, reporting {that a} man browsing was being swept away.

The man, a coach at a neighborhood surf college, was serving to 4 of the 13 elementary college college students he was instructing after they had been caught in a wave and pulled out to sea.
