Sharp Energy Solutions Corporation (SESJ) has accomplished the acquisition of all shares held by NSN Construction & Engineering JSC of their three way partnership, Sharp NSN Energy Solution JSC (SNES), as of June 30, 2026. This transfer makes SNES a completely owned subsidiary of SESJ.
Following the acquisition, SNES has been renamed Sharp Energy Solution Vietnam Company Limited (SESV) as of May 28. Since its inception in March 2020, SESV has been actively engaged in engineering, procurement, and building (EPC) providers for solar energy vegetation, alongside operation and upkeep (O&M) providers inside Vietnam.
The acquisition is poised to boost SESJ’s decision-making capabilities and streamline enterprise operations amid rising demand for renewable power in Vietnam. SESV plans to broaden into new enterprise areas, together with rooftop photo voltaic programs for factories and business amenities, in addition to solar energy vegetation built-in with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
