OSAKA, Aug 26 (News On Japan) –
Kyoto University has reached a settlement in its lawsuit in search of the handover of the growing older Yoshida Dormitory, Japan’s oldest pupil dormitory, beneath which residents will quickly transfer out whereas the college promptly carries out seismic retrofitting.
Dormitory residents held a press convention on August twenty fifth and mentioned, “Bringing the lawsuit to a close is, in a sense, a positive aspect of the settlement,” whereas urging the college to reopen talks on the dormitory’s future.
