PwC, a number one audit agency, and Takara Printing have introduced a collaboration to supply English disclosure help providers, together with the interpretation of securities studies. This initiative comes because the Tokyo Stock Exchange plans to mandate corporations listed on the Prime Market to reveal monetary data in English beginning April 2025, aiming to draw abroad traders.
As step one, PwC and Takara Printing will start providing providers to translate the “financial status” sections of securities studies into English from January 2025.
