A 37-year-old man was arrested at Chubu Centrair International Airport after allegedly injuring a police officer who warned him about strolling two toy poodles with out leashes contained in the airport advanced.
The self-employed man from Yokkaichi, Mie Prefecture, was arrested on the scene on suspicion of obstructing official duties and inflicting damage.
According to police, the incident occurred at round 11:30 p.m. on September 14 within the airport’s Access Plaza, the place the person allegedly rammed a baggage cart right into a male police officer.
The officer suffered minor accidents.
Police stated the person had been strolling two toy poodles with out leashes when the officer cautioned him. Investigators imagine the person turned offended over the warning and assaulted the officer.
The man has admitted to the allegations, police stated.
