According to the police, at round 3:30 a.m. on the twenty fourth, there was an accident on a prefectural street in Igawa, Moji Ward, Kitakyushu City, when a big trailer that had slipped because of snow bumped into the oncoming lane and hit a pedestrian, ensuing within the pedestrian’s dying.
