Oman’s oil exports attain 308.42 mln barrels in 2024

MUSCAT, Feb. 2 (Xinhua) — Oman’s oil exports reached roughly 308.42 million barrels in 2024, with a median value of 81.2 U.S. {dollars} per barrel, in line with statistics launched by the National Center for Statistics and Information (NCSI) on Saturday.

Exports accounted for 84.9 % of the nation’s whole oil manufacturing, which stood at 363.28 million barrels for the 12 months. Crude oil manufacturing declined by 6.5 % to roughly 278.19 million barrels, whereas condensate manufacturing reached 85.26 million barrels. As of December 2024, the nation’s common each day oil output was 992,600 barrels.

According to NCSI, China remained the most important importer of Omani oil, with imports totaling 289.21 million barrels, a 1.3 % improve from 2023. South Korea adopted with 5.76 million barrels, whereas Japan and India imported 5.65 million and three.40 million barrels, respectively.
