During a legal trial held in July on the Okayama District Court, a male college pupil from Yokohama was despatched to the prosecutor’s workplace on suspicion of obstructing enterprise by fraudulent means for distributing the audio of the courtroom exchanges on SNS. The college pupil was an acquaintance of the defendant who was within the courtroom, and stated, “I assumed it was attention-grabbing as a result of individuals who could not come to the courthouse might study concerning the content material.”
