An image ebook co-authored by Shohei Ohtani, that includes his beloved canine Decoy as the principle character, has been launched within the United States, with all proceeds set to be donated to charity.
The ebook, titled Decoy’s Special Day, went on sale within the US on February third and was created with Ohtani serving as a co-author of the story, in line with its writer.
At a serious American bookstore, cabinets lined with youngsters’s books included prominently displayed copies of Ohtani’s image ebook, drawing consideration from visiting clients.
The story stars Decoy, Ohtani’s canine, and is ready across the opening recreation ceremonial first pitch, depicting Decoy’s charming journey as he rushes to ship a forgotten baseball to the stadium, illustrated in a delicate and playful fashion.
As Ohtani continues to increase his presence past the baseball area, readers visiting the bookstore shared their impressions, with one buyer saying that Ohtani’s efforts transcend his achievements as an athlete and that his dedication to actions for kids is admirable, whereas one other mentioned they deliberate to purchase the ebook as a result of each their partner and little one are followers of Ohtani.
The Japanese-language version is scheduled for launch on February twentieth, and in line with writer Poplar Publishing, Ohtani intends to donate all proceeds from the image ebook to charitable organizations.
