NTT introduced on October twentieth that it has launched “tsuzumi2,” the second-generation model of its domestically developed generative AI giant language mannequin (LLM). The new mannequin strengthens domain-specific capabilities in high-demand areas akin to finance, healthcare, and native authorities administration.
NTT says tsuzumi2 now delivers Japanese-language efficiency on par with main abroad AI fashions. The firm expects income from its AI-related enterprise to surpass 150 billion yen by the tip of the present fiscal 12 months and exceed 500 billion yen by the tip of fiscal 2027.
