Nostalgia-filled 'Slam Dunk' movie tops China's field workplace chart

BEIJING, April 20 (Xinhua) — “The First Slam Dunk,” a Japanese animated sports activities movie, topped the Chinese each day field workplace chart on Wednesday, information from the China Movie Data Information Network confirmed Thursday.

The movie is an adaptation of the favored “Slam Dunk” basketball manga sequence within the Nineties, written and directed by its authentic creator, Takehiko Inoue.
