FUKUOKA (TR) – Fukuoka Prefectural Police on Tuesday arrested a Nepalese man claiming to be a chef for allegedly groping a highschool woman at a railway station in Chikugo City, studies Fuji News Network (July 30).
At round 7:50 p.m., Om Prakash Bhusal, 37, allegedly licked the thigh of the woman as she sat on a bench on the platform of JR Chikugo-Funagoya Station whereas ready for a prepare.
Upon his arrest on suspicion of indecent assault with out consent, the suspect denied the allegations. “I don’t understand Japanese,” he mentioned.
After the incident, the sufferer moved away from the suspect and known as her mom. Her mom then alerted police, saying that her daughter had been licked on the thigh on the station platform by an unknown man.
