Nagoya High Court Rules Same-Sex Marriage Ban Unconstitutional

The Nagoya High Court has dominated that Japan’s ban on same-sex marriage is unconstitutional, upholding a decrease courtroom resolution in a case filed by a same-sex couple from Aichi Prefecture.
