Picture e book writer Chisako, performed by An, reluctantly returns to the countryside to look after her estranged father, Takuzo (Eiji Okuda), who has been identified with dementia. While fighting the day-to-day challenges of dwelling with a father who appears like a stranger, Chisako comes throughout a boy (Shoma Nakatsu) who has misplaced his reminiscence as a result of an accident.
