OKINAWA (TR) – Okinawa Prefectural Police have arrested a 27-year-old man for allegedly smuggling roughly 6 kilograms of methamphetamine from Thailand final yr, studies Jiji Press (Jan. 20).
On September 30, Takaya Okamoto is alleged to have arrived at Naha Airport on a global flight from Thailand with the 6 kilograms of kakuseizai (methamphetamine) hid in two suitcases.

Law enforcement has not revealed whether or not Okamoto admits to violating the Stimulants Control Act. He was prosecuted on Tuesday.
