HYOGO (TR) – Hyogo Prefectural Police have arrested a 20-year-old man for allegedly slicing the hair of a girl on a bus in Kobe City earlier this month, studies ABC News (Feb. 19).
At round 8:20 a.m. on February 18, college pupil Yuki Takao allegedly used scissors to chop about 10 centimeters of her hair as she sat within the seat in entrance of him on the bus because it traveled by way of Higashigotanda Ward.
Upon his arrest on suspicion of assault the next day, Takao admitted to the allegations. He stated, “I cut [her hair] to satisfy my sexual desires.”
At the tine of the incident, the lady was commuting to work. Afterward, she seen the misplaced hair and known as police.
The following morning throughout rush hour, police stopped Takao close to a bus cease after noticing that he met her description of the assailant within the incide¥nt.
During voluntary questioning, police discovered scissors in his bag.
