A 46-year-old man arrested for vandalizing a restroom contained in the Imperial Palace in the course of the New Year’s public greeting has been despatched to prosecutors, with additional investigations underway into graffiti discovered on a close-by manhole.
The suspect, Daisuke Kobayashi, a landscaping employee, was arrested on January 2nd for vandalism after allegedly scrawling graffiti in a restroom on the Imperial Palace in the course of the New Year’s normal viewers. He was despatched to prosecutors on January 4th.
