According to police, Kazuki Amiya, who was arrested on Monday, slapped the woman’s face and buttocks at his house between Feb 28 and April 4. Kyodo News reported that the kid was inflicted with bruises that required roughly three weeks to heal.
Police stated the kid was repeatedly absent from her nursery college from late February and started attending the power once more in the beginning of April. The nursery college seen bruises on the woman and contacted a toddler welfare company which notified police.
