OSAKA (TR) – Osaka Prefectural Police have arrested a 32-year-old man after a girl discovered collapsed at her dwelling in Higashiosaka City this week was later confirmed lifeless, reviews Fuji News Network (Feb. 26).
At round 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, police obtained a name from a house in Showacho, Higashiosaka City in regards to the killing of a girl.
When police arrived on the scene, they discovered Arisa Shinya, 31, collapsed face-up in a room on the primary flooring. She was then taken to a hospital, the place she was confirmed lifeless.
Police later arrested the male resident who made the decision, 32-year-old Seiichi Minuma, on suspicion of tried homicide.
“We had a dispute, so I strangled her with an extension cord,” Minuma stated in admitting to the allegations.
Minuma acknowledged that he had been dwelling with Shinya’s household for the previous 12 months.
Police plan to alter the costs to homicide and proceed the investigation.
