TOKYO (TR) – A person was arrested after he stripped bare throughout a New Year’s greeting by the Emperor in entrance of the Imperial Palace in Chiyoda Ward final week, studies TBS News (Jan. 2).

The man, aged in his 20s, was later accused of public indecency.
