Liberia: 1,500 Metric Tons of Japanese Rice Arrive Today

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has introduced the arrival of a consignment of Japanese-donated rice weighing 1,500 metric tons within the nation.

Donated by the Japanese Counterpart Value Fund (JCVF) Secretariat, the Ministry stated in a launch that the rice will likely be monetized underneath the Japanese Grant Commodity Program to help the federal government of Liberia’s social and financial improvement initiatives.

The consignment of rice is predicted to reach within the nation as we speak on the Free Port of Monrovia.
