KDDI makes tender supply for Lawson shares and enters joint administration with Mitsubishi Corporation | NHK

KDDI, a serious telecommunications firm, has introduced that it’s going to make a takeover bid (TOB) for Lawson, a serious comfort retailer firm, and maintain a 50% stake within the firm. The firm plans to take the type of joint administration with Mitsubishi Corporation, Lawson’s mum or dad firm, and strengthen its enterprise by mutually leveraging every firm’s retailer networks.
