Due to the affect of a low strain system shifting south of Honshu, snow and rain will start to fall within the Kanto-Koshin area from the afternoon of the twentieth, and heavy snow is predicted to fall primarily alongside the mountains from the night time of the twentieth to the twenty first. The Japan Meteorological Agency is urging individuals to watch out in regards to the influence on visitors and icy roads.
