Kanto Koshin Atmospheric situation is unstable and really heavy rain, watch out | NHK

In Kanto-Koshin, the atmospheric situations turned very unstable, and it’s believed that there was very heavy rain accompanied by thunder. The Japan Meteorological Agency is urging warning in opposition to flooding of low-lying land, sudden surges in rivers, and robust gusts of wind similar to lightning strikes and tornadoes.
