Three members of the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force had been killed in a tank shell explosion throughout a live-fire train at a coaching floor in Oita Prefecture, with the drive now planning to look at radio communications on the time of the accident.
The incident occurred on April 21 on the Hijudai Training Area in Oita, the place a Type 10 tank was engaged in gunnery drills.
