In a lawsuit through which Korean nationals and their households have been looking for compensation for damages from Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and Nippon Steel over points associated to “recruitment” in the course of the Pacific War, the South Korean Supreme Court rejected their attraction and dominated in favor of the Japanese firms. The defendant was ordered to pay compensation and the judgment turned ultimate.
