The Japan Meteorological Agency introduced a twister warning data at 11:58 am, saying that gusts corresponding to tornadoes had been thought to have occurred in central Shizuoka Prefecture.
In the video taken from the twenty second flooring of an house in Shizuoka City round 10:50 am, skinny white streaks may be seen from the clouds masking the sky across the river, and evidently a twister is going on. .
