MANILA – The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) on Thursday reported that registered investments each from native and overseas sources in funding promotion businesses (IPAs) improved by 17 p.c to PHP478.16 billion within the fourth quarter of 2022 from PHP408.54 billion in the identical quarter the earlier yr.
