Chennai (Tamil Nadu) [India], June 21 (ANI): The Asian Hockey Federation have introduced the schedule for the upcoming version of the Asian Champions Trophy Chennai 2023.
The match will start with Korea and Japan enjoying the primary sport, whereas hosts India will play the third sport of the opening day (third August) after they tackle China, on the Mayor Radhakrishnan Hockey Stadium in Chennai, as per Hockey India launch.
The Asian Champions Trophy Chennai 2023 will start on third August and go on until the twelfth August. The six-team match will see Korea, Malaysia, Pakistan, Japan, China, and India battle it out for high honours. All the groups are a part of one pool and the positions on the factors desk will likely be determined by a league system.
The Defending Champions on the Asian Champions Trophy is South Korea, who gained the 2021 version of the match. The Indian Men’s Hockey Team (2011, 20162018) and Pakistan (2012, 20132018) have each gained three titles every, and are probably the most embellished nations within the historical past of the match.
